RETURNS:
Outside the European Union:
There are no refunds or returns unless the item is defective. In that event, please contact us via instagram: schwass.de or email: info@schw-ass.de
(Item is defective: if you return the parcel to us yourself without having received a return label from us, we can no longer cover the return costs.)
Within the European Union:
- Visit our Returns Portal
- You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to return it to us
- We charge a Return & Restorage fee of 6,90€, to manage the constantly rising general costs, keep our high standards & maintain our environment
- Returns must be sent within 7 days of an accepted request
- The customer has to pay for the costs of the return
- No returns of items that are on sale/ listed in the Sale category
- Only if the item is defective, we will cover the return costs
Note: If the above requirements are not met, the item will be returned to you.
For products for which returns are prohibited (due to a sale or other reasons), we can only offer an exchange if the desired size is still in stock. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the steps below.
We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment. Any damage will result in the item being returned to you.
INSTRUCTION FOR RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:
1. Visit our Returns Portal
2. Choose: Return or Exchange
3. Pack the item securely in the original box
4. The item needs to be in original condition and should not have any signs of use, otherwise we can not give you a full refund (refund amount depends on the signs of use) or you have to pay the shipping costs to send the parcel back to you.
5. No labels, tags, bags, gifts, original box or anything else may have been removed, exchanged, taken out or damaged, otherwise we can not give you a full refund. (We deduct 5-10€ from the total amount of the order for removed, taken out or damaged items, the deducted amount depends on how much of the original contents of the parcel is missing.)
6. Send the package insured and with tracking number & drop off the package at a shipping store or packing station of your choice.
7. Keep the customer receipt & wait for your refund/ exchange. (It can take 2-8 days for us to process your return and credit your account, after the parcel arrives at our warehouse.)
