For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country. SCHWASS does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.




Outside the European Union:

There are no refunds or returns unless the item is defective. In that event, please contact us via instagram: or email:

(Item is defective: if you return the parcel to us yourself without having received a return label from us, we can no longer cover the return costs.)


Within the European Union:

- Visit our Returns Portal

- You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to return it to us

- The customer has to pay for the costs of the return, only if the item is defective, we will cover the return costs

Note: Applies only to products for which returns are not expressly prohibited in the description. We charge a handling fee of 10€ for returned items for which the return is expressly prohibited in the description.

For products for which returns are prohibited, we can only offer an exchange if the desired size is still in stock. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the steps below.




1. Visit our Returns Portal

2. Choose: Return or Exchange

3. Pack the item securely in the original box

4. The item needs to be in original condition and should not have any signs of use, otherwise we can not give you a full refund (refund amount depends on the signs of use) or you have to pay the shipping costs to send the parcel back to you. 

5. No labels, tags, bags, gifts, original box or anything else may have been removed, exchanged, taken out or damaged, otherwise we can not give you a full refund. (We deduct 5-10€ from the total amount of the order for removed, taken out or damaged items, the deducted amount depends on how much of the original contents of the parcel is missing.)

6. Send the package insured and with tracking number & drop off the package at a shipping store or packing station of your choice.

7. Keep the customer receipt & wait for your refund/ exchange. (It can take 2-8 days for us to process your return and credit your account, after the parcel arrives at our warehouse.)
